Services
New York Teleprompter provides professional teleprompting services for broadcast, corporate, and live event productions. Our services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.
Booking and Cancellation
Service bookings are confirmed upon written agreement and deposit (where applicable). Cancellation policies vary by event type and timing:
- Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: Full refund of deposits
- Cancellations 7-14 days before the event: 50% of deposit retained
- Cancellations less than 7 days before the event: Full deposit retained
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing scripts and materials in a timely manner
- Ensuring appropriate power and setup locations at venues
- Communicating any changes to event schedules promptly
- Providing accurate event details and requirements
Limitation of Liability
New York Teleprompter's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Confidentiality
We treat all client scripts, communications, and event details as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York.
